We do not show you ads within the app. But we do advertise FitimPro itself through Meta (Facebook / Instagram), and we use Meta's measurement kit to measure whether that advertising works.
What goes to Meta: your device's advertising ID and the names of three events — registration completed, coach request submitted, package screen viewed.
What does not go to Meta: your name, email, phone number, measurements, assessment form, photos, programs and correspondence with your coach.
You are in control. On iOS, we ask for permission the first time you open the app; if you do not grant it, the advertising ID is not shared. You can change your decision later from iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android we do not show a separate permission screen; you can reset or completely delete the advertising ID from Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Apple defines this kind of measurement as "tracking". We disclosed it this way in our store privacy declarations as well; our declaration matches the app's actual behaviour.

Deletion flow. You create a deletion request from the app; the request is forwarded to your business. Ограниченная резервная копия удостоверяющих данных удалённого аккаунта хранится только в FitimPro — для возможного спора и запроса на восстановление аккаунта; Ваша организация доступа к этой копии не имеет. Processus de suppression. Vous créez une demande de suppression depuis l'application ; la demande est transmise à votre établissement. Una copia limitata dei dati identificativi dell'account cancellato è conservata solo presso FitimPro, per un'eventuale controversia o richiesta di ripristino dell'account; la Sua struttura non può accedere a tale copia. Bir veri ihlali öğrendiğimizde, etkilenen işletmeye gecikmeksizin ve en geç 48 saat içinde bildiririz; böylece işletmenin Kurul'a karşı 72 saatlik süresi kaçmaz. Bize ait veri sorumlusu alanındaki ihlallerde bildirimi doğrudan biz yaparız.
When we learn of a data breach, we notify the affected business without delay and at the latest within 48 hours, so that the business does not miss its 72-hour deadline to the Board. For breaches in the area where we are the data controller, we make the notification directly ourselves.

The app is managed by the business that registers members. Verifying that the member's age is appropriate and, where necessary, obtaining parental/guardian consent, is the responsibility of the registering business. Il relève de la responsabilité de l'établissement qui procède à l'inscription de vérifier que l'âge du membre est approprié et, le cas échéant, d'obtenir l'accord du parent/tuteur. La aplicación la gestiona el centro que registra a los miembros. La idoneidad de la edad del miembro y, en su caso, la obtención del consentimiento del progenitor/tutor son responsabilidad del centro que realiza el registro. L'app è gestita dalla struttura che registra i membri.
