No. Members are registered in the panel by the business they belong to; there is no public sign-up in the app. This keeps you in full control of your member list.
No. The app is free for members and contains no in-app purchases. The subscription is between the business and FitimPro, and payment is handled outside the app.
The mobile app and content databases are available in Turkish, English, German and Russian. The Management Panel is currently available in Turkish.
Yes. A member can be assigned both a personal trainer and a dietitian at the same time, and both work on the same member profile. Supplement programs also sit on the same calendar as a third program type.

It is generated automatically from the workouts, meals and supplements the member marks as completed. Both the member and the coach can see it broken down by week, month, year and the last 365 days, and it also produces an internal success leaderboard.
Yes. With the Form Builder, you create your own question set; no fixed form is imposed. Once a member fills out the form, the coach reviews and approves it.
Members can upload photos of their meals, which the coach can see. Measurement entries and before-and-after photos can also be compared over time.

No. Each company’s data is isolated in its own space; no business can see another’s members, programs or messages.
No location data, advertising IDs or third-party analytics are collected. The in-app calculators run entirely on the device and send no data to the server.
The member submits the request in the app, and it is forwarded to the business. Even if the business does not approve it, anonymization runs automatically after 72 hours. A warning email goes to the member and the business 24 hours before deletion, and the member can withdraw the request until then. For details, see the Account and Data Deletion page.
Yes. Consent records are listed in the panel and can be exported as CSV. The personal data archive is automatically anonymized after 45 days.
The system is ready to use once your company account, coach users and brand settings are in place. The timeline depends on finalizing business-specific settings such as meal names and the assessment form; we plan it together with you.
No. The panel runs in the browser. Hosting, updates and backups are handled by us.
