FitimPro is business software, not a consumer app. You register the members, your coaches write the programs, and the app carries your brand. The goal is to cut the time coaches spend in front of a screen and increase the time they spend with their clients.
The platform has three parts: the web panel where coaches and business managers work, the mobile app where members follow their programs, and the API layer that connects the two. Each business’s data is isolated in its own space; no business can see another’s members.
The product is designed to run on the same setup, whether you are a solo coach or a gym with many coaches. The difference lies in the role and permission layer, which determines who can see which screens.

You configure meal names and your assessment form to suit the way you work.
You add members from the panel and assign a personal trainer and/or a dietitian. When members first log in to the app, they fill out the assessment form, which the coach then reviews and approves.
Programs are built from the ready-made library or from templates. As members check off completed exercises, meals and supplements, the adherence score is calculated automatically, and you can see in the panel who is falling behind.

These aren’t marketing slogans; they are decisions reflected in the product itself.
The app is free for members and contains no in-app purchases. The commercial relationship is solely between us and the business.
No location data, advertising IDs or analytics tracking are collected. The in-app calculators run entirely on the device and send no data to the server.
Exercise, food, supplement and motivational content comes preloaded in four languages with your setup. You are never left with an empty database.
Consent records, the account deletion flow and archive anonymization are no longer manual tasks; they are built into the system.
