Members follow their programs and progress in the mobile app. The app appears with your colors, icon set and logo; it is completely free for members and contains no in-app purchases.

Every feature is shown or hidden based on the permissions you set in the panel.
Members see their daily workout, meal and supplement lists and check off what they have completed. Those check-offs feed the adherence score.
They enter ten body measurements, view history charts, and upload before-and-after photos and medical documents.
They send categorized questions, submit “call me back” requests, and request a program or a membership freeze.
The body mass index, calorie and macro calculators run entirely on the device; no data is sent to the server for these calculations.
They get a shopping list generated automatically from their diet program, ready for a trip to the grocery store.
They choose a language and theme, turn each of six notification channels on or off, and can request account deletion if they wish, with the option to withdraw it up to the last moment.
